THE URBAN CLUB COVID SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
The safety and well-being of our residents and staff is always our highest priority! Our resident team members are following regulations and expert guidance from the local government health institutions and implement them to help protect the health of The Urban Club community.
CURRENT HEALTH PRECAUTIONS
DISINFECTING STANDARDS
Complying to disinfecting Standards –Touchless Hand sanitizer installed in public areas, high-touch areas like elevators and doorhandles are disinfected with specifically indicated products.
SPECIALTY CLEANING
Additional specialty cleaning in all common areas, work and amenity spaces on a daily basis.
DISTANCING REQUIREMENTS
Residents are expected to follow physical distancing requirements and guidelines.
ELEVATOR SAFETY
Elevator capacity is limited to 3 people per car. Use of FFP2 masks is obligatory.
FFP2 MASKS REQUIRED
Staff and Residents are required to wear FFP2 masks in common spaces.
DIGITAL COMMUNICATION
E-Mail and App communication between residents and resident management team to avoid physical interaction.
CONTACTLESS DELIVERIES
Post and Package delivery contactless.
COVID-19 UPDATE
Due to the current situation of Covid 19 we are not able to offer the regular services we normally provide. Some parts of the common areas in the club will remain closed until further notice. The safety of our residents and our local team is most important to us!
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping to maintain a healthy and safe community. We are continuously taking proactive measures against the spread of the virus.
